About the Afternoon Course:

In this session, you will learn how create increased production and self-directed, autonomous work in your entire practice.

One of the main causes of stress in the dental practice is staff.

Drama, bickering, motivation, and need for production all combine to create negative work environments, emotional/mental drain, and if not corrected, expensive staff turnover.

This session will give you a clear understanding of what motivates individuals to action, learn how to leverage those motivators for better production, and create a system that empowers and enables the individual staff member to perform at their personal best.
